sunday...

my idc friends once again true to their reputation dumped their plan of coming down to pune and i was left without any plans for the day to get killed.

amey called for going out for lunch and all fun starts here. after a heavy lunch at chaitanya's a casual invitation for mulshi was surprisingly accepted by amey. Ice cream with a cherry on the top was that pranav jumped in leaving aside all his girl freinds for a nice trip to mulshi.

Rest is here for all to see...Bev (a.k.a ajinkya), samya, amit were missed.

a day in a dogs life

The climate was awesome. the second rains of the season. the earthy smell. people started to come in on rajgad to enjoy the weather. i had already climbed on the fort a night earlier with a group of people who had been kind enough to offer me a part of their food. i escorted them up the hill in the dark. they were roudies drinking away to glory and abusing me wid their foul mouths.. i felt like a fool to have been up with them.. i was baout to leave them and wlak my way down when these 3 boys climbed up the rajgads ballekilla.

Heaving their way up they were admiring the view when i made my way towards them. i found one of them sameer very nice and decided that he is the one i had been waiting for the day. well ppl i just forgot my introduction. i am this dog at rajgad. ppl have various names for me...waghya, moti, tommy....i dont know my name. on saturdays and sundays i escort ppl up and down rajgad...ppl find me amusing how a dog goes up and down rajgad wid strangers but i love doing it. rite now my abode is heaven...just have a look at these pictures. sameer is a real nice guy...i like him.....see him here wid me!

( by the interpretor : well about 4 yrs ago wen i(pushkar) was in 3rd yr of engg we had been to rajgad. it was another foggy day and nobody knew any road. we lost our way and out of nowhere a dog came. it used to walk and wait for us to follow. Well we kinda remember that happening as it was really fairytale kinda thing.
i dont know if it was the same dog but i have my doubts. neways these dogs( there r two of them..the other is called shewanti) escort climbers up and down rajgad on weekends. the rest of the days they stay in the base village gunjawne. this was confirmed by a couple of villagers. Strange creature right?)
